As good fortune would have it, I’m down in Southern Oregon for the weekend. No bananas for me. What I did get, though, is a great ride to the Oregon Caves. The climb to the caves is nine miles long and covers 3000′.

This is the time of year when I love the climb up. Down tends to mean staying just on this side of hypothermia when there is still snow on the side of the road.

The team will be out in full force this weekend at the As the Raven Flies TT in McMinnville and riding circles around Hagg Lake for Banana Belt #2. Be on the look out for our new juniors team. They’re just getting their season started. We still have a few open spots if you or a kid you know wants to join the newest addition to the juniors racing scene.
